A four-week plan for those who might have lost the motivation to look after themselves and need to get back on track. Perhaps the kids are now at school or you don’t play sport anymore.
The plan includes: 3 x 45 minute coaching sessions (either in-person or via video link).
Weekly phone conversations and text/ email support.
